This beta draft explains, at a high level, the information NightBird expects to process during the invite-controlled Free Closed Beta. It is not final legal or KVKK approval.
Data categories
Information used for the beta.
- Account and phone authentication data for registration, login, and beta access.
- Invite code and beta eligibility data.
- City, discovery preferences, and event browsing context.
- Event interactions such as saves, RSVPs, free ticket claims, wallet, and check-in activity.
- Feedback, NPS responses, and support requests.
- Moderation reports and safety-review records.
- Crash and diagnostic data when enabled through owner-approved monitoring configuration.
Use
How NightBird uses beta information.
NightBird uses beta information to operate invite access, provide local event discovery, support RSVP and free beta ticket flows, protect the service, respond to support requests, improve the product, and prepare operational readiness for selected users.
The static website is dependency-free and does not add website data collection.
Payments
No real payment data in Free Closed Beta.
No real paid checkout or payment data is part of the Free Closed Beta. Paid Public Launch remains separate and blocked until approved payment readiness work is complete.
Rights path
Export and deletion requests.
A beta-minimum request path exists for account data export and deletion requests. Final legal, KVKK, retention, support, and erasure handling remains subject to PO/legal review.
