NightBird Beta Terms

These beta draft terms describe the operating boundaries for the invite-controlled NightBird Free Closed Beta. They are not final legal approval.

Access

Invite-controlled beta terms.

NightBird Free Closed Beta is selected-user and invite-controlled. Access may change, pause, or end as NightBird validates onboarding, discovery, free beta experiences, support, and operational readiness.

Use

Acceptable use.

  • Use NightBird for local event discovery, save/RSVP behavior, free beta experiences, feedback, and approved testing flows.
  • Do not misuse invite access, impersonate others, harass people, submit unsafe content, or interfere with moderation and check-in flows.
  • Do not send passwords, OTP codes, credentials, private keys, or sensitive personal information through support unless NightBird provides an approved secure path.

Safety

Moderation and availability.

NightBird may review reports, hide content, suspend accounts, restrict beta access, or pause features to protect users and the service. Availability may change during the beta.

Payment boundary

The Free Closed Beta is unpaid and does not include real paid checkout. Paid Public Launch remains separate and blocked until payment, fulfillment, refund, notification, audit, compliance, and platform-readiness work is complete.
