NightBird support may ask for a redacted account reference, device model, app version, and a brief issue description. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, private keys, payment details, raw provider output, or screenshots containing sensitive personal information.

For account export or deletion-request questions, use this support path or the in-app request path when available. Legal and KVKK handling for the beta remains pending PO/legal review.

NightBird Free Closed Beta is invite-controlled and unpaid. Real paid checkout, payment support, refunds, and Paid Public Launch are not part of this beta support surface.
